The latest wave of COVID-19 cases could double before peaking, predicted a former emergency room doctor who now runs two urgent care facilities in Placer County. “We are in another one of those rising peaks right now. It is definitely on the rise,” said Dr. Eric Ellis, owner of Granite Bay Urgent Care and Lincoln Urgent Care. KCRA 3’s Mike TeSelle reports.
