Hong Kong will postpone plans to further ease COVID-19 curbs, after authorities identified new coronavirus clusters. The government was expected to allow businesses to operate at full capacity, and to lift the cap on the number of attendees at banquets. But, officials have identified more than 10 infection clusters in the community. Two recent outbreaks have been linked to bars in the city’s Central district.
