North Korea refuses offers of help to battle COVID-19 outbreak
There are looming fears of a COVID-19 disaster in North Korea as officials reject offers of vaccines and help from other countries. The surge in cases is partially being blamed on a series of national celebrations in April where huge unvaccinated crowds gathered, likely spreading the virus.
